The Nepali movie industry has taken a major step forward with the release of “Mahapurush” – the first Nepali movie to complete over 300 screenings in the United States and Canada. This movie was released on the same day in Nepal as well as in DFW Metroplex, the home of Nepal11 Entertainment and one of the biggest hubs of Nepalese in the USA.

The film was screened in 38 cities in the United States and 4 cities in Canada, giving Nepalese audiences the opportunity to watch their own language films in big theaters like Regal, Cinemark, and Cinepolis, as well as independent cinemas across America. This is a major milestone for the Nepali film industry and a sign of its growth and development.

During the 4th week of its screening, the duo behind the movie, Mr. Haribassha Acharya and Madan Krishna Shrestha, visited the Cinepolis location in Euless, Texas to meet and greet with audiences. This was a rare opportunity for fans to interact with the stars and show their support for the film.
